Giving Back to Community

At Frontline Recruitment  we are serious in investing in our communities where we grow. For us it’s the only way to give back to those who have helped our business. We provide financial support to volunteer groups and non-profit organizations to help the communities in need.

As successful members of the community, we have a responsibility to help those that are less fortunate and contribute to the common good. We donate approximately 10 percent of our income to charitable organizations. When our business was small, we gave our time, volunteering with local organizations that were able to use our skills. There are so many organizations that need a pair of helping hands - especially a pair of helping hands that are regularly available.

We really enjoy the intangible benefit of giving. Giving back to the community gives us a pleasant feeling of connectedness and the satisfaction of at least trying to make the world a better place.Recognizing the important role of business in society, Frontline Recruitment is committed to the active involvement of its people in community support initiatives both in Nepal and around the world. Our Chairman Mr. Suraj Kc, being the board member of Junior Achievment Nepal (www.janepal.org ) and World Without Anger (www.worldwithoutanger.org) , regularly supporting Nepalese people through these social organizations.

We believe it is extremely important that you have opportunities to use your skills and capabilities in community focused projects. To make this possible, we have put in place a structured approach to corporate citizenship in Nepal, supported by executive leadership, which focuses on three levels of community support: Local, National and Global.

At the Local level, we identify specific community needs and identify actions that can be taken to address those needs. Volunteering is often a component of our local activities and our people are encouraged to get involved any way they can.

Examples of local activities in Nepal include: providing support to local orphanages and promoting volunteer efforts and fund raising activities, aware local communities to conserve environment and helping to create drug free communities.

At the National and Global level we have partnerships with few functional NGOs and Charities working in different sectors of social development and emergency support.
