If your resume is found to contain offensive, racial, hate or any such material that is found to be objectionable by the Frontline admin, then such resumes will be deleted. Also, non-serious looking resumes written perhaps just for a lark by some Internet loafers with lots of time on hand but nothing to do will be deleted by our admin.

What documents must I be ready with when reporting to an interview?
The first interview may not require many documents. Have an updated resume, academic qualification certificates (if any), experience certificate (if any), a copy of citizenship certificate, etc.

I have an international driver’s license. Is this enough to enable me to drive any vehicle within the UAE?
If the car you are trying to drive in UAE has been insured for UAE license holder only, you cannot drive it, no matter whether you have an international driver's license. You have to apply at the Dubai Traffic Department for a temporary license. Such license is valid as long as the VISA is valid. However, you might be able to rent a vehicle with such international license.

Besides preparing travel and employment-related documents, what must I do before leaving my home country to work in Dubai?
Before leaving the home country, ensure that you have placed important documents related to the employment and service contract at the appropriate place so that in a case of need, they will be available. Ensure that you have proper banking service here.
How do I obtain a credit card in the UAE?
After opening a bank account in UAE, most of the banks offer debit or credit card or both at the same time. These credit cards have a credit limit of 2 or 3 times more of the monthly salary of the account holder.

What are public holidays in Dubai?
Public holidays are observed on new year's day, Israa and Miraj Night, Eid Al Fitr, Arafat Day, Eid Al Adha, Islamic New Year, Commemoration Day, Prohphet Muhammad's Birthday, UAE National Day, etc.
 
I’m not Muslim. If everyone is enjoined to observe the fast on Ramadan, does that mean I can’t eat or drink anything during the day?
During the Ramadan, the non-Muslims are also expected to comply with the fasting ritual in public. But privately, you can drink and eat.
